Terms & Conditions

1.1 You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.

1.2 By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that you have the authority to enter into these Terms.

1.3 The Service is intended for professional use by nursery practitioners, childminders, early years educators, and home educators in the United Kingdom. Use by individuals outside the UK is permitted but the Service is designed for the UK EYFS framework.

2.1 You may use Sprigley without creating an account, subject to the weekly generation limit for guest users.

2.2 To save plans, access your library, and unlock additional free features, you must create a free account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

2.3 You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You must not create an account on behalf of someone else without their permission.

2.4 You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

2.5 You must notify us immediately at stevan@minivox.co.uk if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3.1 Free tier: Guest users may generate up to 3 activity plans per week. Free account holders may generate unlimited plans and access saved libraries and additional free features as described on our pricing page.

3.2 Pro subscription: Access to Pro features requires a paid subscription at £9.99/month. Full details of what is included in each tier are set out on our pricing page at sprigleyai.com/pricing.

3.3 Free trial: New Pro subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. Your payment method will not be charged until the trial period ends. If you cancel before the end of the trial, you will not be charged.

3.4 Billing: After the free trial, your subscription renews automatically each month. You authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

3.5 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Subscription → Manage subscription. Cancellation takes effect immediately — no further charges will be made. You retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period.

3.6 Price changes: We reserve the right to change subscription fees. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price change by email. Your continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes your agreement to the new fee.

3.7 Refunds: Please see our Refund Policy.

3.8 Taxes: Subscription fees include UK VAT where applicable.

3.9 Failed payments: If a payment fails, we will retry over a period of days. If payment cannot be collected, your Pro access may be suspended until payment is made.

4.1 You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

4.2 You must not:

• Use the Service to generate content that is harmful, abusive, discriminatory, or inappropriate for an educational setting
• Input sensitive personal data about identifiable children into the plan generator
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits by creating multiple accounts
• Use the Service to infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or replicate the Service
• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it
• Share your account credentials with others

4.3 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, with or without notice.

5.1 Sprigley content: The Sprigley platform, including its design, features, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of MiniVox Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without our written permission.

5.2 Your content: You retain ownership of the content you input into Sprigley (your topics, descriptions, and observations).

5.3 Generated content: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you retain ownership of the activity plans and other content generated specifically for you by the Service. You may use, print, share, and modify generated content for your professional practice.

5.4 Licence to Sprigley: By using the Service, you grant MiniVox Ltd a non-exclusive licence to use your inputs and generated content for the limited purposes of operating, improving, and developing the Service, including aggregated and anonymised analysis.

5.5 AI disclaimer: Activity plans and other content generated by Sprigley are AI-assisted and are intended as a starting point for professional practice. MiniVox Ltd does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any generated content. Practitioners remain responsible for reviewing and adapting all content to meet the needs of the children in their care.

6.1 The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

6.2 We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

6.3 We do not warrant that the activity plans, risk assessments, or other content generated by the Service are accurate, complete, current, or suitable for any particular purpose.

7.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, MiniVox Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

7.2 Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7.3 Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

9.1 You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time from Settings → Delete my account.

9.2 We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use of the Service poses a risk to other users or to us.

9.3 Upon termination, your licence to use the Service ends immediately. Any outstanding subscription fees become due and payable. Your saved data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your agreement to the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
