Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions to Sprigley Pro, operated by MiniVox Ltd (Company No. 16278583).

1. Free trial

New Pro subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the end of the 7-day trial, you will not be charged anything.

To cancel during your trial, go to Settings → Subscription → Manage subscription. Cancellation takes effect immediately.

2. General policy

Except as set out in this policy, all subscription fees are non-refundable. When you subscribe to Sprigley Pro after your trial, you are paying for access to the Service for that billing period.

If you cancel your subscription, you will retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

3. Satisfaction guarantee — 14-day refund

We want you to be completely happy with Sprigley. If you are not satisfied with your Pro subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment (not including the free trial period).

To request a refund under this guarantee:

  • Email stevan@minivox.co.uk within 14 days of your first charge
  • Use the subject line: Sprigley Refund Request
  • Tell us why you are not satisfied — we genuinely read every message and use this feedback to improve the product

We will process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days. Refunds are returned to your original payment method.

This 14-day satisfaction guarantee applies to your first payment only. Subsequent monthly payments are not eligible for a refund under this guarantee.

4. Exceptional circumstances

Outside of the 14-day guarantee, we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances, including:

  • Significant technical issues that prevented you from using the Service
  • Duplicate charges due to a billing error

To request a refund in exceptional circumstances, email stevan@minivox.co.uk with details of your situation. We will respond within 3 working days.

5. What is not refundable

The following are not eligible for a refund:

  • Requests made more than 14 days after your first payment
  • Subsequent monthly payments (only the first payment is covered by the satisfaction guarantee)
  • Partial months — we do not offer pro-rata refunds for unused days within a billing period, except where required by law
  • Cases where your account has been suspended or terminated due to a breach of our Terms & Conditions

6. Account deletion

If you delete your account, your Pro subscription will be cancelled immediately and no further charges will be made. Account deletion does not automatically entitle you to a refund of any fees already paid. If you delete your account within 14 days of your first payment, you may still request a refund under Section 3.

7. Consumer rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law. If you believe you have a right to a refund under UK law that is not addressed by this policy, please contact us at stevan@minivox.co.uk.
